CdD’s “Tulong sa Pangarap Program”

With the spiraling economic difficulties, complementary college education is seemingly beyond grasps for many high school graduates. Fortunately, Colegio de Dagupan, a premier college institution in Pangasinan, has launched the “Tulong sa Pangarap Program” which aims to aid incoming college freshmen from economic burdens. It might not altogether free up students from financial obligations but Php. 150.00 per unit can make a big difference. This program is open to all high school graduates. The first 2,000 incoming freshmen will enjoy Php. 150.00 per unit, which is considerably lower than other tuition fees in Dagupan city.
